Whether its your first time with a coach or you've tried other option, at TriSMART, we pride ourselves on getting to know the person first so that we can help to develop the athlete.

 

Whether its your first triathlon, you're are looking to develop your potential by stepping up to a longer distance or you want to compete at the highest levels. For many people, setting goals is the first step and often overlooked. To achieve those goals you need to be sure you are on the right path.  At TriSMART we will work closely with you, analysing your data from Garmin/other devices to Training Peaks to ensure you are training consistently, not over training, monitoring your fatigue levels whilst also ensuring you are in peak condition for your 'A' race, event or goal.  After carefully constructing the right bespoke periodised training plan for you, we take the hassle out of monitoring the data.

We provide coaching solutions to a broad range of athletes, whether its for participation or podiums.  So whether you are new to the sport of triathlon, looking to step up a distance or wish to take your training to another level.  We will support you on your journey, with a specific training plan that fits around your life commitments,  yet gets the best for you and achieve your goals.

  • Rolling 4 weeks block of training with active recovery and testing

  • Progressive load and individual ramp rate.

  • Initial Consultation / Setup

  • Feedback as required

  • Communication - Weekly email check in

  • Communication - Whatsapp as required

  • Advice on training, Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning,  Race Day Prep & Strategy
